I started CNS Care Consultancy to utilise my 15 years of dedicated care experience and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children. I have a strong commitment to providing bespoke support to organisations within Children's Social Care - whether you are an existing provider or just starting out - I'd love to work with you!

As a father and foster carer, my journey became personal when I welcomed a young adult into my family home due to lack of appropriate provisions available to him. Residing in the East Midlands, within my own home we promote an environment of trust and unity. I am a dog-loving, sports enthusiast who cherishes quality time with family and friends, continually seeking out new activities to enrich our lives.

I view my role not simply as a "job" but as a heartfelt choice, driven by an unwavering passion for making a difference in the lives of children who need it most.

I have an established reputation for excellence, evidenced by receiving three OUTSTANDING ratings across multiple inspections as a Registered Manager. My expertise encompasses dual management roles, home openings, and serving as a Responsible Individual, all whilst prioritising the individual needs of each child. CNS Consultancy was recently recognised at The National Children and Young People Awards where I received a "Highly Commended" award

My commitment to enhancing care extends beyond direct support; I have forged valuable partnerships with organisations specialising in Health and Safety compliance - including Fire and Internet Safety, amongst trainers and other professionals who may be of help to your service.
